Q: Does every package include an album?
A: No. We separately itemise all inclusions so thay you can create your ideal package. This gives you great flexibility & means you can include only what you’d like. But you can order it at a later stage if your budget is limited.
Q: Do you shoot on film or digital?
A: We are all using digital SLRs.
Q: Can we keep the negatives?
A: Yes, you can keep the negatives, or to be accurate, high-resolution photos. Since we shoot using digital SLRs, they will be the original digital files. All the photos are included along with the package.
Q: How can I make an appointment to see more of your work and talk to you regarding your services?
A: You can contact us by email, or give us a call. Alternatively, you can fill out the contact form on the website.
Q: Who will be the photographer that turns up on the day?
A: Most of the time, the photographer who is assigned to the task will the be the one which has been in previous discussions with you regarding the assignment. However, if for some reason the photographer is not available during the actual day, we will inform you beforehand regarding a replacement photographer.
Q: How many photographers will be there on the day?
A: This would depend on the package that you have requested and agreed upon with us. We strongly recommend that 2 photographers be employed for any event shooting, as a single photographer would not be able to smoothly cover all aspects of the whole event single-handedly.
Q: Do you shoot in black & white, as well as in colour?
A: Yes. We will selectively choose the photos whereby special post-processing is essential to evoke the mood, feel and atmosphere of the moment; and process it into black & white, sepia and cross-processed styles.
Q: Do you do enlargements and display prints? What about retouching?
A: Yes and yes, upon request.
Q: Do we select the photographs that go into our album?
A: Yes. We design based on our favourite images and it will be in a story-telling manner.
Q: What are your payment terms? And what do we do now?
A: We take a reservation fee of 50% of the package that you agree upon. And the rest one week before the designated day.
Q: When do we get to see the photographs?
A: That depends on what you have included in your package. We will need at least 2 weeks for the post-processing of the photos.
